Data we collect and why

• The name you sign with and your statement — to publish the throne entry you paid for. This is public by design. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Order and transaction identifiers — to match a confirmed payment to a throne entry and prevent duplicates. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Technical data (IP address, request logs) — to protect the service against spam, abuse and fraud. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure service.
• Support messages — to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Payment card details are never collected or seen by us; they are handled by our payment provider.

Who we share data with

• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Service providers such as hosting and database providers that operate the site on our behalf.
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

Retention and security

Published throne entries (statement, signed name, price, time) are kept for as long as the site exists, since they form its public history. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport, access controls and server-side-only write access to the database.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Note that erasing a published statement is possible, but the takeover already happened and price history remains. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to run the site and the checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to manage.
